We currently ship orders across India, subject to courier serviceability at the delivery address.
Some remote or restricted locations may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details through your registered email or phone number.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within:
3–7 business days across most serviceable locations in India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Your delivery PIN code
- Courier service availability
- Product availability
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Festivals or high-volume sale periods
- Unexpected transportation or logistical delays
The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate and may vary in exceptional circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact our customer support team.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
Although we work with reliable courier partners, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please inspect your package when it arrives.
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please:
- Take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.
- Record an unboxing video where possible.
- Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting images/videos.
This will help us investigate the issue with our delivery partner.
9. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered package to us.
Please ensure that your phone number is reachable and that someone is available to receive the package.
If an order is returned because of repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
10. International Shipping
At present, DIVYA Jain.STUDIO ships within India only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or international shipping charges will be communicated separately if international delivery becomes available.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed in cases involving circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural events, courier disruptions, government restrictions, festivals, or other unforeseen logistical issues.
